Very good staff and nice clean rooms. We eat in the Smiths restaurant and food was quite good, service was efficient and staff very polite and friendly.
The shower was poor, it is set far too low for anyone over 5'-8" tall and needs a removable head for ladies. The bar area feels very cold and the back ground music is far too load and intrusive
